This place has a super central location near a concert auditorium, it exceeded my expectations, I will definitely choose to stay here again on future trips.

Clean accommodation, extremely helpful and patient staff with 4 receptionists. More than adequate breakfast to start the day with the deep blue water, the steak plus discovery nice walk along the waterfront.

The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Despite a couple of minor hiccups mentioned in other reviews, overall I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and affordable stay in Dundee.
